Your privacy is my number one priority. Your information will not be shared with any third party except for those directly involved in our transaction i.e. website hosting, transaction security, and fulfillment. 

You will never be contacted by Dying Art Prints LLC, Crab Fruit Co. LLC, or Bailey Crabtree, except in the interest of fulfilling your order or inquiry, unless you have explicitly opted in to email notifications.

Terms of Engagement:

We reserve the right to use the finished work for marketing and promotional purposes.  Any such use will be carefully edited to protect your privacy, including cropping or obscuring identifying details such as addresses, full names, and photos, unless otherwise specified you'd like to be credited or your personal photos excluded.

ANY unauthorized use, reuse, reproduction, modification, or unauthorized monetization of finished pieces, photos, sketches, or writing including commissions, prints, apparel, copy, or other work performed by Bailey Crabtree, Dying Art Prints LLC, or Crab Fruit Co. LLC is STRICTLY Prohibited. This includes all use of Ai or LLMs even for personal use. Breach of this agreement will result in a lifetime ban from our services and social media, and and invoice for licensing.

Commission blocks may be used for personal printing purposes including events, gifts, personal art, etc. However, unauthorized monetization, commercial distribution, or sub-licensing of such prints, blocks, or any other work, finished or otherwise, produced by Bailey Crabtree, Dying Art Prints LLC, or Crab Fruit Co. LLC is STRICTLY Prohibited.
