Shipping Policy

At Dying Art Prints, every order is carved, printed, and packed with care and attention. Processing and shipping times vary depending on the type of item purchased:

Processing Times

  • Linocut Prints: Handmade to order. Prints ship within 7 days.

  • Stamp Commissions: Made to order, Ship within 3–5 weeks.

  • Painting Commissions: Made to order, Ship within 4–6 weeks.

  • Apparel: Ships within 5 days.

  • Original Paintings & Ready-Made Prints: In stock and ship within 3–5 days.

Shipping Schedule

All orders are dropped off at the post office every Monday and Friday.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive tracking information when available.

 

Return & Replacement Policy

If you’re unhappy with your print for any reason, please email me at dyingartprints@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. I’m always happy to help.

Replacements:

If your order arrived damaged or you’re simply not satisfied, reach out by email and I’ll arrange a replacement. Please include your order number and a photo if applicable.

ORIGINAL PRINTS: There is a range of color density that one can achieve with block printing. We love textured ink and handmade paper makes it pop!  Some prefer a solid black print, that's cool. If you want to swap your print for a darker or more textured one, we're happy to help. Or if you want double assurance you can get one of my Fine Art Prints

Returns & Refunds:

I’m happy to issue a refund once the item is returned in its original condition. Please email me first so I know to expect your package and can provide any necessary return details.

All return or replacement requests must be made within 30 days of when the package was delivered.

Commissions:

The full commission process from order to shipment is 3-5 weeks depending on client response times and revisions needed.

Once a commission is purchased, the buyer has 72 hours or until a reference photo is received by Dying Art Prints (whichever comes first) to request and receive a full refund. After the grace period, a 25% cancellation charge will be deducted from the total refund amount since the slot could have been filled by someone else, and some work will have been completed by that point.

Upon receipt of reference photos or collaboration between client and artist, sketching begins.. You receive progress photos and are allowed 3 revisions, additional edits can be purchased for a fee. Each sketch can take up to 5 days.

After sketch approval, the stamp carving begins. Upon the sketch approval or after 14 days, whichever comes first, a 25% refund is available. Significant supplies and time will have been invested by this point and will have to be replaced.
No edits are accepted after the sketch is approved.

Time needed for the carving stage may vary depending on the complexity of the agreed upon design. 

Rush Orders

Rush Orders are available. A 50% up-charge will be required for 7 day to ship, and 100% up-charge for 24hr turnaround.

Project Abandonment Clause:

Several updates are provided throughout the commission process. If at any point, the customer is unresponsive, and remains so upon follow-up, after 14 days the project will be archived. Restarting the project will be subject to a 20% Project Restart Fee as it will bump your project back into the commission queue. 

Terms of Engagement:

We reserve the right to use the finished work for marketing and promotional purposes.  Any such use will be carefully edited to protect your privacy, including cropping or obscuring identifying details such as addresses, full names, and photos, unless otherwise specified you'd like to be credited or your personal photos excluded.

ANY unauthorized use, reuse, reproduction, modification, or unauthorized monetization of finished pieces, photos, sketches, or writing including commissions, prints, apparel, copy, or other work performed by Bailey Crabtree, Dying Art Prints LLC, or Crab Fruit Co. LLC is STRICTLY Prohibited. This includes all use of Ai or LLMs even for personal use. Breach of this agreement will result in a lifetime ban from our services and social media, and and invoice for licensing.

Commission blocks may be used for personal printing purposes including events, gifts, personal art, etc. However, unauthorized monetization, commercial distribution, or sub-licensing of such prints, blocks, or any other work, finished or otherwise, produced by Bailey Crabtree, Dying Art Prints LLC, or Crab Fruit Co. LLC is STRICTLY Prohibited.
